What is the Wellness Wheel?

The Wellness Wheel was originally developed by Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute, in 1976. The original wheel had 6 pillars of wellness. The wheel has evolved and most experts now agree on 8 pillars of wellness.

The Wellness Wheel we utilize at Abundant Life is the wheel developed by Yale University.
